When I joined Ouster in 2019, the (then startup, now publicly traded company) had their website on Squarespace. Throughout my 2.5+ years at the company I have helped transform the original templated/drag-and-drop approach to a fully customizable, CMS-enabled website on Contentful. Through contact analytics and lead tracking, I am constantly providing updates, improvements, and scalability throughout the website. Our agile process allows for constant weekly updates to align with product launches, firmware updates and changes based on analytics. Digital leads have increased from 320 in Q1-2019 to 1700 in Q2-2021.
